  • Dana chose a career as an Executive Assistant early, knowing it would develop her business acumen, raise her standards of excellence, and allow her to use her versatility and problem solving to contribute to the success of companies.

Working with early-stage businesses, Dana found herself side-by-side with executives, responsible for key projects, and learning first hand how businesses succeed and fail.

This end-to-end involvement conditioned her to think both macro and micro, uphold and protect a founder’s vision and time, respect every task and team member, and switch between basic task execution and executive presence without missing a beat.

  • While working as an assistant to a busy consultant, Dana found herself taking on increasing responsibilities, eventually becoming the sole operator of a CPG company, securing financing, managing production, taking them from loss to profit, then preparing that company for sale. With those results, the firm brought her on as a full time consultant, and a new chapter of her career began.

As a consultant, Dana put her business skills to use, began working with nationally recognized companies in a range of industries, and was exposed to the financial side of operations. This master class in business taught her timeless fundamentals and gave her industry and technical insight she now brings to every professional endeavor, often saving tremendous time and money.
